11:00 am Settling In & Free Exploration

Take time to explore the spaces of Silvery: forest trails, hidden corners for reflection, and minimalist cabins that blend with nature. Whether you’re journaling on the terrace or breathing in the pine-scented air, this pause sets the tone for the rest of the retreat.

12:30 pm Picnic Lunch by the River

Enjoy a traditional fiambre campesino by the crystal-clear stream near Silvery. Served on banana leaves, this picnic connects you with the local flavors and rhythms of the countryside.

3:00 pm Forest Bathing Experience

Guided slow walk through the native forest to reconnect with your senses. Breathe, listen, feel: baño del bosque is not just a walk, it’s a ritual of presence.

6:00 pm Sunset Bonfire

Gather around the fire as dusk falls over the mountains. Share stories, music, or simply enjoy the silence under the stars.

7:00 pm Dinner by starlight

Savor migas de arriero, crispy empanadas, and house specialties. A rustic yet gourmet dinner that feels like home, with ingredients inspired by the Antioquian kitchen.

Day 2. E-bike Exploration & Mountain Flavors

7:30 am Breakfast with a Forest View

Start your second day with a traditional Colombian breakfast, made with fresh local ingredients and served in open-air spaces overlooking the restored forest. The best way to fuel up before the adventure continues.

8:30 am Private E-bike Ride through Rural Trails

Discover the highland landscapes of San Carlos on an electric mountain bike. The ride is designed for any fitness level—thanks to the e-bike, you choose the effort. Expect forest roads, wide-open views, and pure mountain air.

12:00 pm Gourmet Fare: Raclette Paisa Lunch

A fusion of Swiss technique and local ingredients: grilled chorizo, arepa paisa, melted cheese, and roasted vegetables. A lunch that surprises and satisfies.

2:00 pm Return to Medellín

After two days of disconnection and exploration, we’ll drive you back to the city. Expect to arrive recharged, inspired, and with stories worth sharing.

5:00 pm Drop-Off at Your Hotel*

We’ll take you straight to your hotel with personalized service, ensuring a smooth end to this exclusive retreat.

*Pickup available from hotels in El Poblado, Laureles, or Manila. If your accommodation is outside these areas, the meeting point will be El Poblado Park.
