By booking and joining our tours, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Policy
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars for reference only.
All payments are processed in Colombian Pesos (COP), using the exchange rate (TRM) published by Andes Domestique at the time of payment.
This rate is shared for transparency so you can know which TRM is being used for conversion.
The exact amount charged in your local currency may vary depending on your bank’s exchange rate and international transaction policies.
Road Cycling Experiences
First Deposit
To secure your spot, please make a non-refundable deposit of USD 200 (charged in Colombian Pesos at the TRM published by Andes Domestique).
Second Deposit
Four weeks before your arrival, we will reconfirm your booking. At that time, a 60% payment of the total tour price will be required, processed in Colombian Pesos at the applicable TRM.
Final Payment
The remaining balance for Road Cycling Experiences can be completed upon your arrival in Colombia.
E-Bike Experiences
Due to the advance allocation of bikes, guides, and logistics specific to E-bike experiences, full payment is required in advance.
Payment
E-bike experiences must be paid 100% in advance, corresponding to the full value of the experience.
Date Changes
If you need to reschedule your E-bike experience, please notify us via email or WhatsApp at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to reorganize logistics and ensure a high quality experience.
Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted with 48 hours prior notice.
For E-bike experiences that include accommodation, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
For experiences without accommodation, no cancellation fee applies when notice is provided within the stated time frame.
If You Cannot Travel
The following conditions apply exclusively to Road Cycling Experiences.
We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexible options.
Postponement
If you notify us at least three weeks in advance, we will keep your first deposit valid during 2026.
It can be applied to any of our Experiences, as listed in the Tours section.
Transfer
If you wish to transfer your booking to a friend, notify us at least two weeks before the tour start date.
A USD 40 transfer fee will apply.
Cancellation
If you cancel at least four weeks before the tour start date, we will refund 80% of the payments received.
Please remember that the first deposit is non-refundable.
Safety Requirements
Your safety is our top priority. Please read this section carefully.
Health Insurance
All participants must have international health coverage valid in Colombia.
You will be asked to present proof of your insurance before the tour begins.
Supplementary Insurance
Andes Domestique provides additional accident insurance for your peace of mind.
This coverage offers immediate assistance during your activity but does not replace your personal health insurance.
Acknowledgment of Risks
Cycling outdoors involves inherent risks. By joining our tours, you accept these risks and release Andes Domestique from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur.
Cyclist Responsibility
Before each ride, our team checks your bike’s condition. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that everything works properly and to inform us of any adjustments needed.
Physical and Mental Readiness
Please make sure you are in good physical and mental condition to participate in the tour.
If you have any questions about the route or its level of difficulty, feel free to ask us before booking.
Safety Rules
All riders must follow Andes Domestique’s safety rules, including wearing a helmet at all times.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Modification of Terms
We are constantly improving our services. Andes Domestique reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
If any change affects your booking, we will notify you in advance.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Colombian law.
Any dispute will be handled in the courts of the city where your activity takes place.

Don’t Have Your Own Bike
No problem. We offer road, mountain, gravel, and E-bikes so you can fully enjoy Colombia’s landscapes at your own pace.
You are responsible for any damage or part replacement that may occur during your rental period.
At Andes Domestique, we maintain all our bikes in excellent condition and renew our fleet regularly.
If an accident or misuse causes irreparable damage, you will receive a formal quote for the part that needs to be replaced.
For minor cosmetic damage, such as small scratches, a 20% charge of the part’s value will apply.
This small contribution helps us keep every bike in top shape for future riders.
